Spiced Rum Recipes

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a glass add:
• Ice
• 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
• 3 oz pineapple orange banana juice
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz grenadine
• .5 barspoon habanero sauce
• Shake
• Strain into glass over ice
  

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a glass add:
• 8 or so mint leaves
• Pineapple chunks
• 5 oz pineapple juice
• 5 oz lime juice
• Muddle
• Add 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• Ice
• Top with ginger ale or ginger beer and stir
  

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a shaker with .5 cup of ice add:
• 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
• 1 oz half and half
• 1 oz pumpkin puree
• Shake and pour into glass

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a shaker with ice add:
• 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 1 ½ oz Pumpkin Puree
• 4 oz Apple Cider
• Give it a shake
• Pour into a glass with ice
• Top with 4 oz cream soda

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a shaker with ice add:
• 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 1.5 oz pumkpin puree
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Shake and pour into glass with ice

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a glass with ice add:
• 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz lime juice
• 2 - 4 dashes of bitters
• Shake and pour into glass with ice
• Top with ginger ale or ginger beer

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a saucepan
• Warm up 1 cup of Spiced Carolina Rum
• Dissolve ½ cup of brown sugar
• Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
• Put bacon on a rack and coat with rum glaze.
• Add pepper to taste
• Check and reglaze often while flipping bacon.
• Remove when bacon is cooked.

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a shaker with ice add:
• .75 oz of each rum.
• Squeeze half a lemon.
• Squeeze Half a lime
• Shake and pour into 16 oz. glass.
• Top with Cola and stir

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a mug or small mason jar:
• Fill with 8 oz of hot water
• Steep tea to desired strength
• Add 2 oz Spiced Carolina Rum
• Add 2 oz of fresh orange juice
• Squeeze ¼ oz of lemon (1/4 lemon slice)
• Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick (optional)

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a glass or mug add:
• 8 oz of hot water and tea
• Steep tea to desired strength
• Add 2 oz Spiced Carolina Rum
• Squeeze in .75 oz lemon juice
• 1 tbs. local honey

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a glass over ice, add:
• 1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
• 1 oz Orange juice
• 2 dashes Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 dashes bitters
• Top off glass with Apple Cider
• Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick

MUDDY RIVER SPICED RUM

• In a shaker add:
• 1 oz. Spiced Carolina Rum
• 1/2 oz. Coconut Carolina Rum
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Shake and pour over ice
• Stir in ginger ale or ginger beer

Muddy River Spiced RUm

• In a glass, muddle orange slices
• Add:
• 2 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 1 packet hot cocoa mix
• 5 oz warm milk
• Stir to combine
• Top with whipped cream

• In a glass with ice add:
• 1.5 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz apple cider
• .5 oz lime juice
• Top with ginger beer

• In a glass with ice add:

• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz apple cider
• .5 oz lime juice

• In a pint glass add:
• 1.5 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• Birdsong Lazybird Brown Ale

Muddy River Spiced RUm

• 1 bottle of Muddy River Spiced Carolina
• 1 liter (approx. 36 oz) of pineapple orange banana juice
• 1 liter (approx. 36 oz) of pineapple juice
• 12 oz of Grenadine
• 6 tbls (3 oz) of habanero sauce

Muddy River Spiced RUm

• Combine below ingredients over ice
• 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum or Spiced Carolina Rum
• Cola
• Optional spritz of Lime
• Optional garnish with lime
  

Muddy River Spiced Rum

• 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum or Spiced Carolina Rum
• 2 oz Coconut Carolina Rum
• 2 oz Coffee. We recommend Javesca’s Barrel aged Coffee
• 1 oz half & half
• 0.5 oz coconut cream

Muddy River Spiced Rum

• In mug add:
• 2 teaspoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
• Still until combined
• Add:
• 1 cup hot whole milk
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg
• 1.5 oz Muddy River Spiced Rum
• Stir until combined

Muddy River Spiced Rum

• In a hollow pumpkin add:
• Spigot for serving
• 1 part Muddy River Spiced Rum
• 3 parts apple cider
• Mix with apple slices and oranges
• For the eyeballs we used a melon baller to cut spheres in a pear.  We cut a divot in the spheres and inserted blueberry's.  These are held together with a cocktail stick.
• Optional: add dry ice for an awesome "smoke" effect
