Muddy River COFFEE Carolina Rum
Enjoy our newest product, Muddy River Coffee Carolina Rum. Made with Javesca Coffee, who is local to Charlotte, this rum pairs nicely with the following recipes to create some amazing craft cocktails.
Muddy river coffee carolina rum
coffee mojito
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, mint, coconut milk, club soda or tonic water
- In glass add:
- 8 or so mint leaves
- 2 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- Muddle
- 1oz coconut milk
- Ice
- Top with soda or tonic water and stir

Coffee Rum balls
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Cream Cheese, Oreos, White chocolate chips, sprinkles or other decorative garnish
- In a food processor add a whole pack of Oreos and crush to dust
- Add 4 oz cream cheese and blend until combined
- Add 1.75 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum and blend until a dough
- Place mixture in fridge or freezer until solid
- While freezing, we will get the next step ready
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or however you choose. Make sure it is enough to cover all the rum balls you will be making
- Once the chocolate is melted place a toothpick in each ball so that you can easily coat the ball in the melted chocolate
- Dip each ball into the chocolate
- Once covered, place ball on a plate and add sprinkles or whatever you choose to garnish with
- Let cool completely then serve and enjoy!

Espresso Martini
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Silver Rum, Coffee
- First, start chilling your martini glass then
- In a shaker with ice add:
- 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- .5 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 1 oz Coffee
- Shake, strain, and serve in chilled martini glass
- Garnish with three coffee beans

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Silver Rum, Coffee
- Add fresh brewed coffee to a large ice cube tray and freeze
- Once frozen, add ice to glass
- In glass add:
- 1 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- 1 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 4 - 6 oz Cola

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, cold brew coffee, apple cider
- In a shaker with ice add:
- 1 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 3 oz apple cider
- 1 oz cold brew coffee

Early bird
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Queen Charlotte's Reserve, pineapple juice, lime juice, Campari
- In a shaker with ice add:
- 1 oz Coffee rum
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte’s Reserve 1 Year
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz Campari
- Shake and pour into glass

Black Tai mai tai
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Silver Rum, Queen Charlotte’s Reserve 1 Year, Lime juice, Curaçao, Disarono (orgeat is what the classic recipe calls for)
Recipe for 2:
- 2 oz Muddy River Coffee rum
- 3 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte’s Reserve 1 Year
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1oz Curaçao
- 1 oz Disarono or orgeat
- Shake
- Add ice to glass that the drink will be served in
- Strain shaker cup into tiki mug or Mai Tai glass

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Carolina Rum, Javesca cold brew coffee, eggnog, fresh nutmeg
- 1.5 oz Coffee Carolina Rum
- 4 oz cold brew coffee
- 2 oz eggnog
- Top with Grated nutmeg

Cafe Con Leche
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, Muddy River Coffee Rum, heavy whipping cream, egg yolk, fresh nutmeg
- In a shaker with no ice add:
- 1 oz of your Queen Charlotte in each glass
- 1.5 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 2 oz of heavy whipping cream in each glass
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white
- Now you are going to dry shake your egg yolk
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into glass
- Top it off with some cold brew
- Give it a quick stir and top with some nutmeg

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Hot chocolate, Black Coffee, Milk, Whipped cream
- Put some black coffee in a cup
- add some hot chocolate
- Add milk give a quick stir
- Add 1.5 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- Top off with whipped cream

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, hot chocolate
- In a mug add:
- 2 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- top with hot chocolate

Coffee rum old fashioned
Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Queen Charlotte's Reserve, bitters, orange peel
- In a glass with ice add:
- 1 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 1 oz Muddy River Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- 2-4 dashes of bitters
- Stir
- Take a piece of orange peel and express the oils onto the drink and rub around the lip of the glass. You can either throw the peel away or use it as a garnish

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Silver Rum, heavy whipping cream, candy canes, simple syrup
- Roll your glass in simple syrup then roll lip of glass in crushed candy canes
- Add ice and:
- 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- 1 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- 1 oz heavy cream
- Stir and serve
