White Girl Russian 

We are back with Thirsty Social Club making the White Girl Russian! This cocktail perfectly mixes our coffee rum and a pumpkin cream to create the only version of a White Russian you'll want to drink!

Ingredients: 

Serving size: 1 

Muddy River Coffee Rum, simple syrup, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, sea salt

Recipe: 

For pumpkin sauce start with a 1 to 1 simple syrup on low heat and add: 

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Combine over low heat
  • Strain into bottle for storage

In a glass with ice add: 

  • 1.25 oz Coffee Rum
  • Top with Pumpkin Sauce
  • Stir
  • Garnish with pumpkin pie spice
