Catawba Cooler

Ingredients:

Serving Size: 1

Muddy River coconut Rum, lemon, cucumber, coconut water


  • In a shaker
  • 2 oz Muddy River coconut Rum
  • Juice from half a lemon1 scoop of ice
  • Shake it
  • In a pint glass
  • Muddle cucumber
  • Add ice
  • Strain shaker into pint glass
  • Top it off with coconut water
  • Stir
  • Garnish with a cucumber wheel
