One of the coolest retro trends in cocktails is the return of the reinvented tiki cocktail. These refreshing, Polynesian-inspired drinks were all the rage in the ‘40s and ‘50s. Now they’re back with the benefit of fresher, higher quality ingredients, layered flavors, multiple liquors – like two or more rums.
