Grilled Rum Pineapple

The perfect snack for those end of summer blues! Eat alone or on top of ice cream for an even tastier treat!

Ingredients:

Serving size: 1-2 

Recipe: 

Into a bowl or bag to marinate add: 

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Queen Charlotte's Reserve

1 tsp. ground cinnamon 

cubed pineapple (we did 6-8 rings) 

marinate for 15 minutes 

toss onto grill and cook for 2 minutes or until desired burn 

garnish with cinnamon or extra marinade 

eat alone or on ice cream
