Cafe Con Leche

 Another drink perfect for the cold weather, the Cafe Con Leche mixes our award winning Queen Charlotte’s Reserve rum and our Muddy River Coffee Rum. Then we add to that an egg yolk and cream. Make sure to dry shake then shake with ice. That allows the froth to be the best possible. Remember to add the nutmeg on top!

Ingredients:

Serving size: 1

Muddy River Coffee Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve, heavy whipping cream, egg yolk

Recipe:

In shaker with no ice add:

  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
  • 1 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
  • 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Shake, then add ice and shake
  • Strain into glass
  • Garnish: grated nutmeg
