Co-owner and cfo

Hi! I'm Caroline. I was born and raised in Gaston County, and graduated from NC State with an Accounting degree. I do the accounting and other fun back-office stuff for the Distillery, while raising our 3 little boys. 

I enjoy running and swimming with my kiddos, as well as trying out new cocktails and bars when I get a chance. I can never decide on my favorite rum! In the summer I love our Basil Rum with grapefruit Spindrift or maybe Spiced Rum in the Riverwalk. Sometimes a classic daiquiri with our Silver Rum hits the spot! In the fall and the winter, I love the Coffee Rum Old Fashioned or just sipping on any of the Queen Charlotte's Reserve line.
