I am a New York native transplanted to North Carolina almost 30 years ago. I am a licensed Realtor in NC. I have been associated with Muddy River for 3 years. Rum has become a passion with me. I am always working on new cocktails using all of our Rums. As an avid cook I am also looking for new ways to incorporate our rum in different recipes as my Bacon and Spiced Rum recipe. My favorite cocktail is The Bomba made with Queen Charlotte 4 year.
