Hot Buttered Rum

Oh baby its cold outside!  Nothing warms youo up better than this holiday classic.

Ingredients:

Serving Size: 1

Spiced Carolina Rum, whole milk, butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg

Recipe:

In a coffee mug add:

  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) Spiced Carolina Rum
  • 1 cup hot whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

  • In a coffee mug, stir butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar until combined.
  •  Add hot milk, rum, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.  Garnish with cinnamon stick and/or star anise.
