Commodore Daiquiri

The Commodore Daiquiri  is a great twist on a classic and was created by the Polynesian Tiki Bar in NYC.  The ube extract in this daiquiri really gives this drink an amazing presentation and unique flavor. We really love this drink because we use both our aged and unaged rums.

Ingredients:

Serving Size: 1

Muddy River Silver Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve, Lime Juice, Simple syrup, Ube Extract

Recipe:

In a mixing glass with ice add:

  • 1 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Muddy River
  • Queen Charlotte 1 year
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Ube extract
  • Stir, strain, and serve
