Ingredients: 

Serving size: 1 

Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year, Muddy River Spiced Rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, lemon juice, hot water, bitters 

Recipe: 

In your glass add: 

  • 1 barspoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year
  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz maple syrup
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • Top with hot water
  • Stir
  • Garnish with star anise
