Rum-Glazed Bacon

Ingredients:
Muddy River Spiced Rum, thick cut bacon, brown sugar, pepper
Recipe:
In a saucepan:
- Warm 1 cup of Spiced Rum
- Dissolve .5 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees
- Place bacon on a rack and coat with Spiced Rum and brown sugar glaze
- Add pepper to taste
- Place in oven until crispy
- While in oven, reglaze and flip when necessary
- Remove from oven
- Serve
