Coffee Rum Balls

Ingredients:
Muddy River Coffee Rum, cream cheese, oreos, white chocolate chips, sprinkles or other garnish
Recipe:
In a food processor add:
- Whole pack of oreos, crust to a dust
- 4 oz cream cheese and combine
- 1.75 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
- Blend until a dough forms
- Place mixture in fridge or freeze until solid
- While mixture is freezing prep next step
- In a double boiler melt white chocolate (enough to cover amount of rum balls)
- Once solid, form dough into small balls
- Place toothpick in each ball
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate
- Once covered, place ball on a plate and add sprinkles or other topping of choice
- Let cool completely then serve
