Basil Spinach Pesto
Pesto is great for pasta, sandwiches, pizza, salads, as a sauce, and so much more! Our take on pesto using our Basil Rum is a recipe you have to try!

Ingredients:
Muddy River Basil Rum, spinach, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt
Recipe:
In a food processor add:
- 2 cups spinach
- .5 cup pine nuts and pulse
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup parmesan cheese and pulse
- .75 cups olive oil
- Salt to taste and pulse
- 3oz Basil Rum
- Pulse everything until fully combined
- Serve
