Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum

Dragonfruit kiwi mojito

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, mint, dragonfruit chunks, kiwi chunks, blackberry syrup, club soda


  • In glass add:
  • 8 or so mint leaves
  • Dragonfruit and kiwi chunks
  • 1 oz blackberry syrup
  • Muddle
  • Add 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • Ice
  • Top with club soda and stir

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve, grenadine, pineapple juice, orange juice, bitters


  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • .75 oz grenadine
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 6 dashes of bitters
  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
  • Shake
  • Strain into glass

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • 2 oz Muddy river Silver Rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz rose syrup
  • 8 or so mint leaves
  • Shake and open pour into glass
  • Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Green Tea, Lime Juice

  • In a shaker filled with ice add:
  • 4 oz. Sipology Pineapple Green Tea
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • Shake and strain into lowball glass

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Mint Leaves, Limes, Simple Syrup, Club Soda

  • In a glass of your choice
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Add 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • Add a little ice
  • Top with club soda
  • Stir
  • Garnish with lime and mint

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Pineapple, Mint Leaves, Limes, Simple Syrup, Club Soda

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Muddle 2 pineapple chunks on top of the mint
  • Add 1 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • Give it a shake
  • Strain into individual glasses
  • Top it with club soda

  • Instructions in a shaker for 1
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Muddle strawberries on top of the mint
  • Add 1 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • Add a little ice
  • Give it a shake
  • Strain into individual glasses
  • Top it with club soda

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Cucumber, Mint Leaves, Limes, Simple Syrup, Club Soda

  • Instructions in a shaker for 1
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Muddle cucumbers on top of the mint
  • Add 1 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • Add a little ice
  • Give it a shake
  • Strain into individual glasses
  • Top it with club soda

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Blueberries, Mint Leaves, Limes, Simple Syrup, Club Soda

  • Instructions in a shaker for 1
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Muddle blueberries on top of the mint
  • Add 1 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • Add a little ice
  • Give it a shake
  • Strain into individual glasses
  • Top it with club soda
  • Give it a stir
  • Garnish with lime and mint

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Mint Leaves, Strawberries, Limes, Simple Syrup, Strawberry Kombucha

  • In a shaker
  • Muddle some mint leaves
  • Add Strawberries and muddle more
  • Add 1.5 oz. lime juice
  • Add 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 4 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • Add a little ice and shake
  • Strain into pint glasses with ice
  • Top it with Strawberry Kombucha
  • Stir it up

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Banana Liqueur, Blackberry Brandy, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine

  • In a shaker with a little ice, add
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Blackberry Brandy
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Grenadine
  • Shake & strain into pint glasses with ice
  • Top it with Queen Charlotte’s Reserve Carolina Rum


Muddy River Silver Rum

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Lemon Lime Soda, Maraschino Cherries, Lime, Cherries

  • Instructions in a pint glass
  • Put 3 cherries in the bottom of the glass.
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Add 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum.
  • Add 1 oz. cherry juice.
  • Add 1 oz lime juice.
  • Give it a stir.
  • Garnish with a cherry and a lime wedge

Hurricane

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Passion Fruit Juice, Orange Juice, Limes, Grenadine

  • Fill a hurricane glass with ice and add:
  • 2 oz. Silver Carolina Rum
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 2 oz. passion fruit juice
  • Give it a stir
  • Float 2 oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve on top
  • Garnish with a cherry and lime wheel

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Limes, Orange Liqueur, Orgeat

  • In a lowball glass with ice add
  • 1 ½ oz. Carolina Rum
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. Orgeat
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • Give it a stir
  • Float ¾ oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve on top

Ingredients: Basil Carolina Rum, Coconut Carolina Rum, Silver Carolina Rum, Spiced Carolina Rum, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Cola

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • .75 oz of each rum.
  • Squeeze half a lemon.
  • Squeeze half a lime
  • Shake and pour into 16 oz. glass.
  • Top with Cola and stir

Ingredients: Muddy River Coconut Rum, Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum, cranberry juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, orange juice

  • In a blender with ice add:
  • 4 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • 4 oz Muddy River Coconut Rum
  • .25 cup cream of coconut
  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Blend and serve

Ingredients: Muddy River Coffee Rum, Muddy River Silver Rum, heavy whipping cream, candy canes, simple syrup


  • Roll your glass in simple syrup then roll lip of glass in crushed candy canes for a nice rim
  • Add ice then add:
  • 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Muddy River Coffee Rum
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Stir and serve

  • In a blender add:
  • 3 cups of mixed frozen fruit
  • 1 cup of yogurt

  • In a shaker with ice add:

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, ice, vanilla ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, oreos

  • 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • .5 cup of ice
  • 2 cup of vanilla ice cream
  • .5 cup milk
  • 1 tbs chocolate syrup
  • 1 Oreo cookie
  • garnish with chocolate or strawberries

Ingredients: Muddy River Spiced Rum or Silver Rum, Muddy River Coconut Rum, coffee, half & half, coconut cream

  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum or Spiced Carolina Rum
  • 2 oz Coconut Carolina Rum
  • 2 oz Coffee. We recommend Javesca’s Barrel aged Coffee
  • 1 oz half & half
  • 0.5 oz coconut cream

  • Combine below ingredients over ice
  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum or Spiced Carolina Rum
  • Cola
  • Optional spritz of Lime
  • Optional garnish with lime

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, V8 Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Texas Pete Hot Sauce, Salt & Pepper, celery, olives, bacon, shrimp

  • Combine below ingredients in a glass
  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Carolina Rum
  • 6 oz tomato juice
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 10 dashes of Texas Pete hot sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garnish with celery, olives, bacon & shrimp

Carolina Coquito

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cream of Coconut, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla, Cinnamon Sticks

  • Combine below ingredients in a blender
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 oz. can cream of coconut
  • .25 tsp cinnamon
  • Barspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • .5 cup silver rum
  • Mix well in a blender and chill for an hour.
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick

Commodore Daquiri

Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, Muddy River Queen Charlotte, lime juice, simple syrup, ube extract

  • In a mixing glass with ice add:
  • 1 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Muddy River Queen Charlotte 1 year
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Ube extract
  • Stir, strain, and serve

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Bitters, Sugar, Orange Peel

  • Crush allspice and cloves together in mason jar with rum
  • Let steep for 5 days, shaking daily for full infusion. Add cinnamon on day 3 of steeping.
  • Let this mixture rest for another 5 days
  • Strain into a larger jar to remove large pieces
  • Add to any cocktail for desired allspice dram flavor


Silver Carolina Rum

Muddy mule

Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, lime juice, ginger ale



  • In a copper mug add:
  • Ice
  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Top with ginger beer or ale


Muddy River Rum Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Add cake mix and dry vanilla pudding mix together in a large bowl. Stir in 4 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup canola oil, and 1/2 cup rum. Wisk until smooth. Grease Bundt pan and pour in mixture. Sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, and nuts if desired. Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.


  • Glaze: Melt 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter in a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Turn off burner and add 3/4 cups rum. Stir and bring to a quick reboil. The glaze will still be thin.


  • Pour about 1/3 of the glaze over the bottom of the cake and let soak in for a few minutes. Flip the cakeover and poke with a fork so the rum will have holes to run into. Drizzle the rest of the glaze over the top of the cake.
