Reserve on the Rocks

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum

  • Add 3 oz. Queen Charlotte's Reserve to a lowball glass
  • Add ice and enjoy

The Tall Paul in a Hi-Ball (Created by our friend and excellent 10 Catawba bar tender...)

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Lime Wedges, Simple Syrup, Ginger Liqueur, Ginger Ale

  • Muddle lime wedges in 1/2 oz. of simple syrup
  • 1 healthy portion of Queen Charlotte's Reserve
  • 1 oz. Domaine Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • Splash of Ginger ale and mix all

Queen Charlotte's Old Fashioned

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Bitters, Sugar, Orange Peel

  • Add the following to a low-ball glass
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 tbs of water
  • 3 oz. Queen Charlotte's Reserve 
  • Add ice and garnish with an orange peel

Maple Cooler

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Bitters, Orange Juice, Club Soda, Maple Syrup, Orange Peel

  • Add the following to a low-ball glass
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • 1.5 oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve
  • 1.5 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz. club soda
  • .5 oz. maple syrup
  • Stir, add ice and garnish with orange peel

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Dry Vermouth, Orange Bitters, Lemon Juice, Grenadine

  • Add the following to a low-ball glass
  • 2 oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve
  • 1 oz. dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • .25 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Grenadine
