QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Hibiscus Rum punch
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, lime juice, hibiscus liqueur, demerara syrup
- In a shaker add:
- Ice
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz hibiscus liqueur
- .3 oz demerara syrup
- 1.5 oz QC 1 year
- Shake and strain into glass
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Sweet tea mojito
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, mint, lemon wedges, sweet tea
- In glass add:
- 8 or so mint leaves
- 2 lemon wedges
- 2 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- Muddle
- Add ice
- Top with sweet tea and stir
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Planter's punch
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, demerara syrup, allspice dram, lime juice, bitters
- Into shaker add:
- .75 oz demerara syrup
- .25 oz allspice dram
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1.75 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- Add to ice and shake
- Strain into glass
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Rum swizzle
Ingredients: Muddy River Silver Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve, grenadine, pineapple juice, orange juice, bitters
- In a shaker with ice add:
- .75 oz grenadine
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 6 dashes of bitters
- 1.5 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- Shake
- Strain into glass
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Hibiscus sour
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year, lime juice, pineapple juice, orgeat, hibiscus syrup
- In a shaker with ice add:
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 year
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup
- .75 oz orgeat
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz pineapple juice
- Shake and strain into glass with fresh ice
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Muddy n rainy
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, lime juice, ginger beer
- In a rocks glasses with ice, add:
- Ginger beer, about half of the glass
- .5 oz lime juice
- Stir
- Float 2 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- Garnish with lime wedge or wheel
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Winter Old Fashioned
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Cardamom Syrup, Bitters, Ginger Beer, Cranberries
- In a rocks glasses with ice, add:
- 2 oz. Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum Four Year
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 tbsp maple cardamom syrup
- 2 dashes bitters
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with cranberries
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Egg White, Red Wine, Pomegranate Liqueur, Bitters
- In a shaker add:
- 2 oz Queen Charlotte Reserve Four Year
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Dry shake these ingredients
- Add ice to shaker and shake
- Strain into your glass
- In a mixing glass, add:
- Ice
- .5 oz red wine
- .25 oz pomegranate liqueur
- Bitters
- Stir mixing glass to incorporate all ingredients
- Pour mixture on top of glass as floater
- Optionally, add bitters to top with dropper

Winter daiquiri
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Orange Juice, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Stick
- In a glass add:
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte Reserve One Year
- 1.5 oz Orange Juice
- 2 Tsp of Maple Syrup
- Garnish with cinnamon stick
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
queen city sparkling cider
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Sparkling Cider, Oranges, Pumpkin Spice
- In a glass with ice, add
- 2 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum
- 2 oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Top it off with sparkling cider
- Stir
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks
- Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Rum Runner
Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Banana Liqueur, Blackberry Brandy, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine
- In a shaker with a little ice, add
- 2 oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- 1 oz Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz Blackberry Brandy
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- Shake & strain into 2-pint glasses with ice
- Top it with Queen Charlotte’s Reserve Carolina Rum
QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S RESERVE
Hurricane
Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Passion Fruit Juice, Orange Juice, Limes, Grenadine
- Fill a hurricane glass with ice and add:
- 2 oz Silver Carolina Rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 2 oz passion fruit juice
- Give it a stir
- Float 2 oz Queen Charlotte’s Reserve on top
- Garnish with a cherry and lime wedge

Mai tai
Ingredients: Silver Carolina Rum, Queen Charlotte's Reserve Rum, Limes, Orange Liqueur, Orgeat
- In a lowball glass with ice add
- 1 ½ oz Muddy River Silver Rum
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz Orgeat
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- Give it a stir
- Float ¾ oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve on top

- In a rocks glass full of ice, add:
- 2 oz. Queen charlotte’s Reserve.
- 1 oz. Demerara syrup.

- Grate fresh nutmeg over the cocktail.

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, Coconut Carolina Rum, Passion Fruit Juice, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine
- In a glass with ice add:
- 2.5 oz Passion fruit juice
- 1.5 oz Orange juice
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- 1 oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve
- 1 oz Coconut Carolina Rum

Rum milkshake
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, Ice Cream, Milk, Oreos, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, Cherries
- In a blender
- Add 2 large scoops of ice cream
- ½ cup of milk
- 3 Oreos
- 1 tbs. chocolate syrup
- 1.5 oz. Queen Charlotte’s Reserve
- Blend ingredients
- Pour into a pint glass.
- Optional Garnish with whipped cream and cherries
Queen Charlotte's Reserve
Spiked Eggnog
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, whipped cream
- Separate yolks from 4 eggs into a pot
- Add 1 cup of sugar to the eggs and mix together
- Heat up 2 cups of milk in a saucepan until steaming
- Add 1 tsp. cinnamon to milk
- Slowly combine the milk with the egg/ sugar mix
- Let cool to room temperature
- Add 1 cup of heavy cream
- Add 1 tsp. nutmeg (or to taste)
- Add 1 tsp. vanilla (or to taste)
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Serve up eggnog for the family once chilled
- For the adults, add 2 oz of Queen Charlotte’s Reserve
- Give it a stir and garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg
Queen Charlotte's Reserve
Holiday Mulled Wine
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, red wine, maple syrup, apple cider, spices, orange, crockpot
- Add 2 bottles of red wine to 4-quart crockpot, set to low, allow wine to warm up until condensation starts to form.
- Add .5 cup maple syrup, 1 cup rum, and 1 cup apple cider.
- Add spices (cinnamon, cloves, anise, and peppercorn) to taste and gently stir to mix everything together.
- Thinly slice the orange, 8-10 slices, and add it to the pot.
- Close the lid and let simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow spices to infuse.
- After 30 minutes to an hour it will be ready to serve, but can be kept on low or warmed to serve whenever it is needed.
- Use ladle to serve

- In a glass with ice add:
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz apple cider
- Top with ginger ale
- Stir and serve

- Mix the following ingredients in a shaker:
- 2 oz Muddy River Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year
- .75 oz lime juice
- .5 oz maple syrup
- 1 dash of bitters
- Shake and strain into glass
- Top with ginger ale or ginger beer

Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 year, bitters, sage, lavender syrup
- Mix the following ingredients in a glass
- Muddle four sage leaves
- Add ice
- 2 dashes of bitters
- .5 lavender syrup
- 1.5 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve 4 Year
- Stir, strain, serve
Queen Charlotte's Reserve
Queen City Irish Coffee
Ingredients: Queen Charlotte's Reserve, Javesca Coffee Queen City Blend, Frothed Milk, Brown Sugar
- Mix the following ingredients in a glass
- 1 oz brown sugar
- Pour hot coffee into glass over sugar
- 2 oz Queen Charlotte's Reserve
- Add frothed milk on top

- 1 oz. club soda
