Dubbing this one "Cinnaminonon". A boozey treat after a cold couple of days. Probably my favorite part of this one is the spiced pear liqueur that's made with a base of @muddyriverdistillery spiced rum... Recipe below!!!
☑️1.5 oz mezcal @montelobos ☑️.5 oz bitter vermouth @puntemes_it ☑️.5 oz spiced pear liqueur (recipe below!)
☑️3 dashes Trinity bitters @bittercube ☑️Garnish with cinnamon candied orange dusted with cinnamon snow(recipe below!) along with dehydrated pear slice and aromatic spruce tip.
To make spiced pear liqueur... Dehydrate 2 pears. Infuse dehydrated pears and 2 grams of ceylon cinnamon into 20 oz of @muddyriver spiced rum. Allow to rest in fridge for 5-7 days.
Cinnamon snow is 1 part powdered cinnamon and 4 parts powdered sugar. After candying orange wheels, place on parchment paper and dehydrate fully and dust oranges while still warm, allowing snow to stick to orange wheel.
