MUDDY RIVER BASIL CAROLINA RUM

Green tea mojito

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, lemon wedges, green tea syrup, club soda

  • In glass add
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 oz green tea syrup
  • Muddle
  • Add 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • Ice
  • Top with club soda

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, soda water, grapefruit shrub, magic ice

  • In glass add:
  • Crushed magic ice
  • 1.25 oz grapefruit shrub
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • Top with soda water



MUDDY RIVER BASIL CAROLINA RUM

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, spinach, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt

  • In a food processor add:
  • 2 cups spinach
  • .5 cup pine nuts and pulse
  • Add 2 garlic cloves and pulse
  • Add 1 cup parmesan cheese and pulse
  • Add .75 cups olive oil and salt to taste and pulse
  • Add 3oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • Pulse everything until all combined
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, Lemon Juice, Cranberry Juice, Prosecco, Cranberries

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz cranberry juice
  • shake
  • Pour into champagne glass
  • Top with Prosecco
  • garnish with cranberry pick

  • Cold steep tea over night
  • Add 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • Fill rest of glass with Sipology Sweet Tea

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, peach nectar, lime juice, ginger beer

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • 1 oz peach nectar
  • .5 of a lime
  • Shake and pour into glass
  • Top with ginger beer

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil  Rum, Sipology Mojito Matcha Tea

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • 7 oz water
  • 1 teaspoon Sipology Mojito Matcha
  • Shake and strain into glass with ice

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • 1 oz peach nectar
  • 2 oz lemonade
  • Shake and pour into glass
  • Top with sweet tea

  • 2 oz Basil Carolina Rum.
  • 3 oz sweet tea
  • 3 oz lemonade
  • Stir and serve

  • In a glass add:
  • 2 oz Basil Carolina Rum.
  • Muddle strawberries in the bottom of the glass
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Top it off with lemonade.
  • Give it a stir.

Spiked Kombucha

Ingredients: Basil Carolina Rum, kombucha, strawberries, oranges, pineapples, other fruits

  • In a glass add fruits and muddle
  • Add:
  • Ice
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • Shake and strain into glass
  • Top with kombucha

All Rum long island iced tea

Ingredients: Basil Carolina Rum, Coconut Carolina Rum, Silver Carolina Rum, Spiced Carolina Rum, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Cola

  • In a shaker with ice add:
  • .75 oz of each rum.
  • Squeeze half a lemon.
  • Squeeze half a lime
  • Shake and pour into 16 oz. glass.
  • Top with Cola and stir

  • In a pint glass with ice add:
  • 2 oz Muddy River Basil rum
  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • Top with bloody mary mix
  • Garnish with: bacon, celery stalk, cocktail pickles, and olives

Ingredients: Muddy River Basil Rum, frozen lime aid, frozen lemonade, lemon-lime soda, lime sherbet

  • In a pitcher or bowl add:
  • .5 bottle Muddy River Basil Rum
  • 1 can frozen lime aid
  • 1 can frozen lemonade
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda
  • 1 qt lime sherbet
  • Stir
  • Serve

  • 3 dashes of bitters, we used Sycophant bitters from Crude Bitters
  • Shake, strain, and pour
  • Top with Unknown Brewery Ginger Ale

  • 1.5 oz Muddy River Basil Rum
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz club soda or champagne

Ingredients: Green Tea, Lemon, honey

  • Steep green tea in a mug
  • Squeeze .25 oz of lemon juice into the mug
  • Add .25 oz of honey to mug
  • Add 1 oz of basil rum to mug
  • Stir and enjoy
